1. Services Scope & Milestones

Thread Infotech Private Limited offers technical advisory, custom app development, and SAP migration services. Projects are governed by signed Statements of Work (SOW) detailing specific features, hourly rates or fixed budgets, and delivery sprints.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

Upon full payment of project invoices, the intellectual property of all custom software structures, database schemas, frontend code modules, and Fiori layouts built exclusively for a client will be transferred to that client. Pre-existing proprietary modules remain the property of Thread Infotech.

3. Liability Limitations

While we implement industry standard security audits, database validations, and sandbox testing, Thread Infotech will not be liable for system downtime, data losses, or lost revenues caused by third-party database systems or server host malfunctions beyond our control.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from development services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
